Zhuhai Secopower Special-type Transformer Co.Ltd is a private-owned high-tech enterprise specialized in producing and aselling distribution transformers and associated control equipment in distribution systems .With abundant technical force and advanced equipment as well as a group of professional technologists and a qualified service team,the Company has passed ISO9000 authentication which guarantees the products. It is located in the Liangang industrial zone in Jinwan district, Zhuhai City, with the total area of 45,000 square metres ( 20,000 square metres ) and a gross investment in the amounts to 60 million yuan RMB.
The main products of our Company, developed by senior engineer, Zhang Chengming, who is from 北京华力通科园电网设备有限公司, are SGB11-R which has got several patents and SGB11-R-50～2500KVA/10 series products of wound core dry-type transformer with vacuum impregnated, H-level non-wrapped coil which can be recycled after life-time with brand-new concept of high-efficienty, energy-saving ,environment-protecting and great safety. These products are cast non-epoxide resin mould, with insulation material of Nomex from Dupont Co.and manufactured by coil winding on the wound core and impregnated in vacuum. They are the latest and best dry-type transformers. No-load current is reduced by 90%, core and copper loss by 40% and noise by 30-40% on the basis of SCB9. Partial discharge is less than 5PC. Therefore our products surpass other distribution products.
Our Company also develops and produces high-tech wound core series products: totally sealed three-phase wound core vacuum-impregnated distribution transformer S11-M＆#183;R-10～2500/10, single-phase wound core vacuum- impregnated distribution transformer D11-M＆#183;R-5～160/10 ，terminal type (loop circuit) wound coil package transformer (for short, American trunk transformer) ZGS11-Z（H）-50～1600/10 and package (preset) substation (for short, European trunk transformer) YBM1-50～1600/12. The above products were approved as prior popularization products for urban & rural power grid construction and reform by State Economic and Trade Commission, former State Power Corporation of China and China southern power grid. SG (B)11-R series products were awarded title of Green Star by China Association of Environmental Protection Industry and was granted to use special mark of environmental protection. SG(B)11-R、S11-M＆#183;R series products of wound core distribution transformers have been promoted as new energy saving products of the industry by the China Energy Conservation Association.
